Richard was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating Belen Jesuit Preparatory school, he attended Florida State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 2020. After graduating from FSU, Richard took a gap year where he interned at EPGD before attending law school. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2024, with his areas of interest being business law, tax law, and real estate law.
On a personal note, during his free time, Richard enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends and family, and watching the Miami Dolphins.
