Veronica was born and raised in Miami, FL. Veronica graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University Honors College with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, complemented by a Pre-Law Certificate. Veronica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she also served as a member of the Journal of Commerce and had her student note published.
During her time in law school, Veronica gained invaluable experience assisting startups, deepening her understanding of ownership liabilities and risks associated with scaling operations and securing funding from investors. Her practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, and she has a background in private placement memorandums in securities law, enabling her to navigate the complexities of corporate law to support her clients’ business objectives.
In her free time, Veronica enjoys attending sports games, trying new cuisines, and traveling.
