He is a seasoned attorney with experience in complex litigation, commercial business, compliance, real estate and property disputes.
Previously, Oscar served as a compliance officer and in-house counsel for a private investment fund manager in Miami, Florida where he oversaw the firm’s compliance program, handled regulatory filings, and provided legal guidance on areas such as investment transactions, employment matters, and risk management.
Oscar’s legal foundation was molded by his various legal activities during law school, including a Judicial Clerk Internship with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he analyzed complex civil and criminal matters under the guidance of United States Magistrate Judge John J. O’Sullivan.
Oscar earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. He also holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida Hough School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida in 2014.
