Jose was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Florida, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2019. Jose then attended Florida International University, obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Relations in 2021. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2024, with his areas of interest being international law, aviation law, and maritime law.
On a personal note, during his free time, Jose enjoys photography, collecting vinyl records, and playing tennis.
