A Miami native, Nicholas earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. His practice focuses on corporate law, with a particular emphasis on structured finance transactions in the capital markets and lending spaces. Prior to joining EPGD Business Law, Nicholas gained significant experience working within the finance practices of two major international law firms.
In addition to his legal work, Nicholas is actively involved in community service through his engagement with Junior Achievement of South Florida, where he contributes to educational programs focused on financial literacy and entrepreneurship for young people.
Nicholas lives by the personal motto, “You will always miss 100% of the shots you do not take,” reflecting his proactive and ambitious approach to both his professional and personal life. Outside of the office, he enjoys exploring new food and drink experiences, as well as traveling to new destinations.
