Paul A. Hankin is a Senior Litigation Associate. His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, as well as probate litigation and tax matters.

Paul A. Hankin is a Senior Litigation Associate and focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, business torts, breach of contract, real estate litigation, probate and estate litigation, tax controversies and litigation. Prior to joining EPGD Business Law, Paul started his career at one of the world’s leading organizations of independent audit, tax, and advisory by providing various tax consulting and advising services, which later included complex commercial litigation, probate and estate litigation, and conflict resolution. As a result, he has developed a unique set of skills and experience whereby he can handle diverse and complex matters.

Paul was born and raised in Miami, Florida where he graduated from Florida International University in 2007 with a B.B.A. in Finance and Minor in Economics. Paul then earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2015 where he served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Board and competed in various competitions, served a s judicial intern in the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida to the Honorable Judge Maria M. Korvick in 2015, and obtained certificates in both tax law and elder law. Paul subsequently went on to earn his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016 where he also served as a Graduate Tax Student Editor for the Florida Tax Review.

Outside of his career, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and their children, watching and playing sports, participating in various outdoor activities, and staying active within the community, including his Greek Orthodox church.
