She has several years of litigation and transactional experience, securing favorable results, including various final judgments in favor of her clients.
Sarah is also Fund member and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company agent. Sarah represents institutional lenders and borrowers in connection with the financing of real estate including mortgage loans and other financing transactions, including, but not limited to, loan workouts, restructurings, and loan sales and landlords in the leasing of commercial real estate and any ensuing disputes thereto.
Sarah received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and B.S. from Florida International University. While in law school, she served as an intern to then Honorable Vice Chancellor Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Court of Chancery (now United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit) and to the Honorable Frank Shepherd of the Third District Court of Appeal in Florida.
Sarah is fluent in Spanish and is a member in good standing with the Florida, Pennsylvania, and District
of Columbia Bars.
She and her husband, Beau, have a young daughter and enjoy doing outdoor activities.
